Over the last 15 years our main focus has been Multifamily Residential Construction. From entry level townhouses to luxury golf course patio homes, we've encompassed a wide range of projects. Our ability to handle the majority of project details from subdivision and servicing through construction help keep our products affordable for our customers.

General Construction

In addition to new home construction, Klass Enterprises handles all types of general construction, from retaining walls and garden sheds to renovations and general contracting.

We have a fleet of heavy equipment including excavators, loaders, dump trucks etc. Our wide range of expertise allows for us to keep a large percentage of our projects in-house, saving our customers unnecessary costs often associated with using multiple contractors.

Custom Homes

Klass Enterprises has designed and constructed approximately 1000 homes for satisfied customers giving us extensive experience in the new home construction industry. Land Servicing and Subdivision

Klass Enterprises completes all of its own servicing and subdivision for our own projects including sanitatry, storm, water and electrical servicing as well as road construction and landscaping. We also work closely with our engineers, surveyors and municipal officials in planning and subdivision. Our experience is available for your next project.

Agricultural

The Klassen Family has a history in farming and in the local farming community. In addition to jointly owning and working on a dairy farm, we have constructed barns and other agricultural based buildings in the past. Our background and experience give us insight into the unique needs of the agricultural customer.

Septic Systems

Klass Enterprises is pleased to announce that we are now licensed to design and install Septic Systems.  Kelly holds certification with the ASTTBC as Registered Onsite Wastewater Practitioner in the Planning and Installation categories.  Kelly is also a member of WCOWMA.  Call us for your septic needs
